Shipping Regions: We currently ship only within Thailand. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders must have a delivery address in Thailand.
Delivery Times: We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. For most in-stock items, our typical delivery timeframe is 3–7 business days after order confirmation (depending on your location in Thailand). We process orders every weekday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. If an item is expected to take longer (for example, a product shipped from an external warehouse or supplier), the estimated delivery time will be noted on the product page. In any case, we ensure that delivery will occur within the timeframe promised at checkout.
Shipping Methods: We use reputable courier and postal services (such as Thailand Post, Kerry Express, DHL e-commerce, or similar providers) to deliver our parcels. All shipments come with a tracking number. You will receive an email (or SMS) with tracking information once your order is dispatched, so you can monitor its progress until it arrives. Our couriers typically deliver during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm). Please provide an address where someone can receive the package during these times. If no one is available at delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or provide a notice for pickup/redelivery scheduling.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We aim to keep shipping costs low and transparent. You will see the exact shipping charge (if any) before you confirm your order payment. Free Shipping: From time to time, we may offer promotional free shipping or free standard delivery for orders over a certain amount. Any such offers will be clearly indicated on our website (e.g. via banner or at checkout) when available. Unless a free shipping promotion is active, the standard shipping rates will apply as shown at checkout.
Multiple Shipments: If you order multiple items, they might ship from different warehouse locations (for example, if one item is stored in our main facility and another ships directly from a supplier’s warehouse). In such cases, you may receive more than one package (items could arrive on different days). Don’t worry – you will not be charged extra for split shipments. The total shipping cost you paid at checkout covers all packages. We will provide tracking for each package as applicable. We will also indicate on the packing slip or tracking info if an order is arriving in multiple parts.
Delivery Issues: We make every effort to deliver within the stated time, but occasionally delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances (such as courier delays, weather, or holidays). If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will investigate the status. In the rare event a shipment is lost or significantly delayed, we will work with you to resolve the issue – either by resending the item or issuing a refund. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we ensure that you either receive your purchased products or get your money back as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping Address Accuracy: Please double-check that your delivery address is correct and complete when placing an order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize a mistake in your address, contact us immediately (within 12 hours of ordering, if possible). We will do our best to update the address before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable (e.g. incorrect address or no one available to receive it), we will notify you. We can re-send the package to a corrected address (additional shipping charges may apply), or we can issue a refund for the item (minus the original shipping cost) if you prefer not to attempt delivery again.
