By accessing or using our website and services (including browsing products or making a purchase), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the “User” or “Customer”) and Kindee regarding your use of the site and any orders you place. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Kindee.co is an online retail store based in Thailand. We are a small independent business that sources products from various suppliers and offers them directly to customers through our website. We handle all sales, customer service, and fulfillment of orders. Our contact information is provided in our Contact section and at the end of these Terms for any inquiries or issues.
3. Eligibility
By using our site and making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (for example, 18 years or older in most countries). If you are under the age of majority, you may use our site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. We sell products intended for end-users; by ordering, you agree not to commercially resell our products without permission.
4. Account Registration (if applicable)
We may offer the option to create an account on Kindee.co for convenience. If you register an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Ensure that the information you provide (name, address, contact details, etc.) is accurate and up-to-date. We handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy (see below). If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if we suspect fraud or misuse.
5. Product Information and Pricing
We strive to display product information (such as descriptions, images, and specifications) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all content on our site is error-free. In rare cases, product colors may appear slightly different in person due to display differences, and descriptions may contain minor inaccuracies. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the actual product may vary slightly from the pictures or description, and this is not a cause for a “not as described” claim if the variance is minor or reasonable.
All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) unless stated otherwise. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. If we discover an error in pricing or product details, we reserve the right to correct it and, if necessary, cancel or adjust orders placed with the incorrect information. If a pricing error is found after your order, we will contact you with the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We will not process orders at obviously incorrect prices (e.g., a very low price due to a typo).
6. Orders and Payment
When you place an order on Kindee.co, you agree that you are purchasing product(s) for the listed price including any applicable shipping fees and taxes. After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. This email confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We officially accept your order and form a contract of sale only when we dispatch the product to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspicion of fraud. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund promptly.
Payment Methods: We accept at least one conventional online payment method for purchases, such as credit card or debit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, etc.). Payment is processed at the time of checkout via our secure payment gateway. All transactions on our site are encrypted and secure. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. In some cases, we may accept alternative payment methods like bank transfers, PromptPay, or cash on delivery (COD) for certain orders – if these options are available, they will be clearly presented at checkout. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge the full order amount.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We will ship products in accordance with our Shipping Policy (please refer to the Shipping Policy section of our website for full details). By placing an order, you agree that you have reviewed and understood the shipping terms, including the areas we ship to (currently Thailand only), the expected delivery times, and any applicable shipping fees.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking details. Ownership of and risk in the products pass to you once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is correct and secure for delivery. We are not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses input by the customer, but we will help you in contacting the courier to resolve issues if possible.
If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we will make efforts to inform you. However, we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (such as courier delays, customs issues, natural disasters, etc.). In case of a lost package or one that does not arrive, our obligation is to either replace the item or refund you, as covered in our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Returns & Refunds
Our aim is your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the product and get a refund. The detailed process and conditions are outlined in our Return & Refund Policy (see the separate section on the website). By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to those return terms. Key points include: you have 14 days from receiving the item to initiate a return; items must be in original condition (unless they arrived damaged/defective); some items are not returnable; and for change-of-mind returns, you may need to cover return shipping costs. 9. Product Warranty
Unless explicitly stated for a specific product, Kindee.co does not provide any warranty beyond the standard return period. Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty (for example, electronics or appliances might have a 6-month or 1-year manufacturer warranty). If a manufacturer warranty applies, it will be mentioned in the product description or packaging, and you should follow the instructions provided with the product to obtain service. We will assist customers in contacting manufacturers if needed for warranty claims. However, beyond our return window, any defects or issues are typically handled by the manufacturer’s warranty (if available). We provide products “as is” and make no additional guarantees or warranties beyond those provided by law. That said, your statutory rights under consumer protection laws are not affected by these Terms.
10. Product Use and Safety
Upon receiving products, you are responsible for using them as intended and following any instructions, guidelines, or manuals provided. Some items (for example, electrical appliances, health supplements, toys for children, etc.) have specific usage guidelines or age restrictions – please read all labels and instructions. Warning: We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse of a product or failure to follow proper guidelines. 11. Intellectual Property
All content on Kindee.co – including text, graphics, logos, images, product photos, videos, and software – is the property of Kindee or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from our site without express written permission from us. Specifically, the Kindee name and logo are our trademarks; you may not use our trademarks in connection with any product or service without our prior consent. Any unauthorized use of the site’s content or trademarks is prohibited and may result in termination of your privileges to use the site, in addition to legal action.
12. Third-Party Links
Our website might contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Kindee (for example, a blog post linking to an external site, or social media icons). We provide these links for your convenience only. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing any third-party website via a link on Kindee.co is at your own risk. Nonetheless, we aim to link only to reputable sources and welcome feedback on any external links we provide.
13. Privacy
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy (see below). In short, we value your privacy and use your data only to process orders and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. By using our site, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kindee (and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or purchase of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other intangibles, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a transaction on Kindee.co is limited to the amount you paid for that transaction. For example, if you purchased a product for THB 1,000, and it somehow caused damage, our liability would be capped at THB 1,000. We provide the site and products on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we make no warranties or representations of any kind that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You agree that your use of our service is at your sole risk.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities or damages. If those laws apply to you, some of the above limitations may not apply to the extent disallowed. However, in any case, we only assume the minimum liability required by applicable law.

In simpler terms, if your misuse of our site or violation of these terms causes us damage or gets us involved in legal troubles, you agree to help cover the costs.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Kindee.co at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our interests or other users. If we terminate your use of the site due to a breach on your part, no refund of any fees (if any were charged for services) will be given. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property rights, indemnification, limitation of liability, etc.) will continue to be in effect after termination.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services (such as sales transactions) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. By using our site or making a purchase, you agree that any legal action or dispute arising between you and Kindee shall be filed in the appropriate courts of Thailand. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms – such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
